Virginia Collins

Virginia “Ginny” L. Collins, 88, of Crestview Hills, passed away Thursday, March 18th at the Hospice of the Bluegrass.

Mrs. Collins was a bookkeeper for many years for Drs. Nutini and Heimbrock. She was a member of the Immanuel United Methodist Church in Lakeside Park, KY, a member of the WWII Knitting Club, and a member of the Happy Loaders and Sarah Circle of the Immanuel United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband Willard “Loran” Collins. She is survived by her sons: Randall L. Collins (Kathleen) of Crestview Hills and Brian W. Collins (Vicky) of Ft. Mitchell, her sister, Kathryn Lassiter of Golden, Colorado, and 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 21st from 1-3 PM at the Immanuel United Methodist Church in Lakeside Park. Service will follow immediately at the church. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery. Memorials suggested to Immanuel United Methodist Church, 2551 Dixie Highway, Lakeside Park, KY 41017. Linnemann Family Funeral Homes & Cremation Center of Erlanger is handling the arrangements.
