James Stark

James F. Stark, 72, of Florence, passed away on Friday, October 15th at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. Mr. Stark was the President of Isuzu Motors North America, past commander and financial officer for the American Legion Post #4 in Florence, a member of the Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks, and a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Burlington. He is survived by his wife Sharon Stark of Florence, daughters Jami Ahlers (Steve) of Florence, Tina Schaefer (Tony) of Florence, and Carrie Ryan (Kevin) of Walton, a son, Jim Stark (Michelle) of Independence and eleven grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Linnemann Funeral Home in Burlington on Monday, October 18th from 6:00-8:00 PM. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 19th at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Burlington. Burial will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY. Memorials are suggested to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 5876 Veterans Way, Burlington, KY 41005.
