Louise Smith

Louise Perry, formerly of Nacogdoches Texas, 86, died Sunday November 28th at St Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar “Smitty” in 2006, and parents Clarence Perry and Elma Muckleroy Perry. She is survived by her son Jim Smith (Karen) of Edgewood; grandson Eric Smith (Kasey), Florence; great grandchildren Eliana, Nola, and Zander of Florence; and sister Mary Rhodes of Nacogdoches TX. She taught math in Martinsville TX, and English as a second language in Nacogdoches TX. She enjoyed gardening and playing dominos. Visitation will be held Wednesday December 1st from 10am until the time of services at 11am at Linnemann Funeral Home in Erlanger. Burial will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger. Memorials may be made to the H.O.P.E. (Helping Others Practice English) program at First Church of Nacogdoches 411 North Street Nacogdoches TX 75961, or charity of donor’s choice.
