Blanche Shields

Blanche M. Shields, 97, of Edgewood, KY passed away, at her daughter’s residence, Monday June 13, 2011. She was a waitress at Ft. Mitchell and Highland Country Clubs, a 1932 graduate of Notre Dame Academy, and a member of St. Pius X Church. Mrs. Shields is survived by her Son Kenney Shields (Marie) of Ft. Thomas, KY, Daughter Jackie Kriege of Edgewood, KY, Daughter-In-Law Judy Shields of Ft. Mitchell, KY, 15 Grandchildren and 38 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Shields in 1996, Son Tim Shields in 2007, and Son-In-Law Dave Kriege in 2010. A Visitation will be held Wednesday June 15, 2011 4pm until 7pm at St. Pius X Church in Edgewood, KY. The Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow the visitation at 7pm at St. Pius X Church with a reception to follow in Milligan Hall. Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery Ft. Mitchell, KY.
