Lindsay Cardwell

Lindsay Cardwell, Jr., 84, of Erlanger, died Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Emeritus of Edgewood. He was a switchman for the L & N Railroad in Latonia, an Army veteran of World War II, a member of the Erlanger Baptist Church, a volunteer at Senior Services of Northern Ky. in Elsmere, and a Kentucky Colonel. His wife, Mayme Ruth Rogers Cardwell died previously. Survivors include his: daughters, Candice (Jerry) Sears and Laura Cardwell, both of Erlanger, and Dixie Lynn (Mike) Cochran of Atlanta; sons, Greg (Kay) Cardwell of Burlington, and Todd (Kim) Cardwell of Erlanger; sister, Martha (Richard) Hugo of Erlanger; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation from 5-8 p.m. with services following at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31 at the Linnemann Family Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, Erlanger. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Ft.
