John F. Collett, 61, of Lakeside Park, KY, passed away Wednesday December 5, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Florence. John was a truck driver for Con-Way Freight. He is survived by his wife Pam Collett, daughter Julie Collett, daughter Christina Bush (Brandon), son John Collett (Jennifer), 4 grandchildren, sister Kathy Brefeld, sister Linda Meyers, sister Barbara Gabbard, brother Mike Collett, sister Tracy Johnson, sister Kimberly Ogden, and many nieces and nephews. Cremation took place at Linnemann Family Funeral Home and Cremation Center Erlanger.
