Esther Theissen

Esther Ann Theissen (nee Verhoeven), 88 of Crestview Hills, KY passed away Friday December 21, 2012 at her residence beside her loving family. Mrs. Theissen was preceded in death by her husband; James P. Theissen in 2010. She was also preceded in death by 2 sons; Jimmy and Billy Theissen. Mrs. Theissen was a retired Realtor with Century 21 and a homemaker. She belonged to the Gemma Guild, was a Pre-School Religion Education Teacher, and a 1942 graduate of Our Lady of LaSalette Academy. She is survived by 2 daughters; Mary Lou (Greg) Lemker of Crestview Hills, KY, Terry (Ed) Lubrecht of Edgewood, KY, 2 sons; Steve (Debbie) Theissen of Crescent Springs, KY, John (Aurelia) Theissen of Ft. Mitchell, KY and sister; Jeanette Dickerson of FL. Mrs. Theissen is also survived by 9 grandchildren; Keith, Stacey, Jamie, Alex, Kevin, April, Matthew, Patrick, Aurelia and 3 great grandchildren; Sam, Alexis and Lucas. Visitation will be Thursday December 27, 2012 from 9:30am to 11:00am with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00am at St. Pius X Church in Edgewood, KY. Burial will be at St. Mary Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell, KY. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 or the Passionist Nuns 1151 Donaldson Highway Erlanger, KY 41018.
