Helen Holt

Helen C. Holt, 89, passed away Monday December 24th at her residence. She worked as a cook at Thomas Moore College and Sisters of Notre Dame in Park Hills for 10 years. Helen was a member of St Henry Church in Elsmere; she sang in the choir at St Paul Church and taught CCD at St Cecelia Church in Independence for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband John Elmer Holt. Survivors include her sons Richard Holt of Enon OH, Robert Holt of AZ, Anthony Holt of Oshkosh WI and John Holt of Brookfield WI, daughters Sheila Hale of Florence and Jean Murphy of Crescent Springs, sister Katherine (Robert) Hellmann of Winchester KY. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday December 28th from 11am to 12:10 with mass to follow at St Paul Church in Florence. Burial will be held at Mother of God Cemetery in Covington. Linnemann Family Funeral Homes and Cremation Center in Erlanger is serving the family.
