Barbara Ragan

Barbara A. Ragan (Hisle; Alexander, McMahan), 76, of Covington, KY died peacefully on Friday May 31st, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. She worked as a licensed practical nurse at St. Elizabeth North for 18 years. She also was the past District President to the VFW ladies Auxiliary District 9, a Kentucky Colonel, and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW post 3205. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Edward M. Alexander, William McMahan, and Thomas Ragan; and her brother Stanley Hisle. She is survived by her children: Joseph R. (Junetta) Alexander of Alexandria, Kimberly R. (Warren H.) Williams of Latonia, and Alecia B. (Charles B.) Sebring of Berry, KY; her sisters: Bonnie Crout of Independence and Brenda M. Conrad of Georgetown. She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Tara M. Williams-Alexander of Latonia, Heather L Gilbert of Alexandria, Chelsea B. Scott of Berry, KY, Brittani M. Sebring of Columbus, OH, Joseph E. Alexander of Alexandria, David B. Sebring of Berry, KY, and Hope M. Alexander of Alexandria; and her great-grandchildren: Cailie G. Gilbert of Alexandria, Aliahanna B. Scott of Berry, KY, and Mia M. Cox of Columbus, OH. Graveside services to be held by the family on Wednesday June 5th, 2013 at 1PM Williamstown Cemetery in Williamstown, KY. All are welcomed to attend.
