James Kirby Baxley, 38, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was a passionate husband, father, and friend – loved the military and nature. James will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 14years, Kathryn M. Baxley; children Jameson Oeffler, Christian Baxley and Dylan Hinkel; grandson Alexander Oeffler; parents Ancel (Katherine) Baxley of Walton, KY and Susan Rahschulte of Florence, KY; brothers Tony Baxley of Florence, KY, Brian Baxley of Florence, KY, David Rahschulte of Florence, KY and Scott Baxley of Walton, KY; sister Stacy (Jeff) Browne of Walton, KY. Visitation was held at Linnemann Family Funeral Home in Erlanger, KY on Friday, November 22, 2013 from 3 PM to 8 PM with service and burial at 9 AM on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown.
