Peter Beers

Peter B. Beers, 90, passed away Sunday, February 2nd, 2014, at his home in Erlanger. He was a builder, leading Ben Beers and Sons Construction for many years. His life was a life of service. He served his family as a loving father, good provider, and a wonderful role model. He also served his country as a B-17 pilot and he was shot down during WWII. He served his community as a builder of many homes, businesses, and churches across Northern Kentucky. He was preceded in death by wife, Audrey Beers; his brother, James Beers; and his daughters, Susan King and Linda Beers. He leaves behind his daughter, Nancy Beers of Erlanger; his grandchildren, Richard King of Dripping Spring, TX, and Ryan King of New York, New York; and his sisters, Bettysue Strange of Edgewood, and Lucy Moeller of Erlanger. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, and Rachel King. Visitation will take place on Saturday, February 8th, 2014 from 9:00AM-11:00AM at Erlanger Christian Church in Erlanger. Funeral service will follow visitation on Saturday February 8th at 11:00AM at the church. Entombment at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger.
