Jill Sparks

Jill Michelle Sparks, 35, of Shelbyville, KY, formerly of Independence, passed away on Wednesday June 18th, 2014 at Frankfort Regional Medical Center. She attended Lloyd Memorial High School, participated in the Special Olympics in Northern Kentucky, and she attended Redwood Rehabilitation Center and Abilities Unlimited. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Roy and Dolores Sparks, and Vincent and Gertrude Hambrick. She is survived by her parents; Ed and Arlene Sparks of Independence; her brother, Ed II (Jennifer) Sparks of St. John’s, FL; and her sister Karen (Aaron) Egan of Florence. She also leaves behind her nieces, Allyson and Elizabeth Egan; her nephews, Danny and Matthew Sparks; her Aunt, Janice (Dave) Strickley; her Uncles, Larry (Beth) Hambrick, and Robert Sparks; and several cousins. Visitation will take place on Sunday, June 22nd, 2014 from 2:00PM until 5:00PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger. Mass of Christian burial will occur on Monday June 23rd, 2014 at 10:00AM at St. Henry Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Stephen’s Cemetery in Highland Heights.
