Ruth Skirvin

Ruth Skirvin, 83, of Glencoe, KY passed away on Friday, June 20, 2014 at Genesis Health Care Owenton Center. During her life, Ruth was a homemaker and member of Calvary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 67 years Raymond Newton Skirvin of Glencoe, KY, daughter Millie Vallandingham (Frank) of Erlanger, KY, daughter Donna Dambaugh (Chan) of Florence, KY, daughter Brenda Stocker (Bill) of Danville, KY son Tim Skirvin (Bev) of Monroe, OH, daughter Peggy Williams (Brian) of Dayton, OH, sister Faye Kelly of Erlanger, KY brother Luke Miller of Florence, KY, 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 9am until 12 noon at Calvary Baptist Church Chapel 3711 Tibbatts St. Covington, KY 41015. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation and begin at 12 noon at Calvary Baptist. A family luncheon will immediately follow the service. Interment will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY. The family would like the thank all of those who have had them in their thoughts and prayers throughout the years and especially now when they need it the most.
