Mary Schreck

Mary Elizabeth Schreck, age 80, of Villa Hills, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2026, just two days after celebrating her 80th birthday with those she loved.

Born on June 7, 1946, in Carrollton, Kentucky, Mary was the daughter of the late Walter Jacob Wolfe and Marjorie (Hayden) Wolfe.

Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronald Howard Schreck.

Mary enjoyed a long and successful career with Emery Industries, where she worked faithfully until her retirement. She was also an accomplished seamstress whose creativity and craftsmanship touched many lives. One of her greatest joys was quilting, and she lovingly donated handmade quilts for babies.

Mary is survived by her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Young and her husband, Chuck; Linda Schreck; and Joyce Schreck-Slayback. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends, Rick and Mary Birkenhauer, whose friendship brought her great joy throughout the years.
