Janet Brown Robinson

Janet Brown Robinson, age 75, of Florence, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at her home on September 21, 2025. She was born on May 31, 1950, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Charlie and Marie Brown.

Janet attended Northern Kentucky University, where she completed some college coursework and later worked as an administrative professional. She went on to build a long and successful career as an executive assistant with Cincinnati Bell, where she was highly respected by her colleagues.

A woman of many interests, Janet was an avid skeet shooter and a devoted University of Kentucky Wildcats basketball fan. She enjoyed spending time at the casino and cherished the years she spent in Bradenton, Florida, where she was a proud member of the Moose Lodge. Her love of the Gulf and her Florida friends brought her great joy.

Janet will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her brother-in-law, Terry Collis; her sister-in-law, Sherri Brown; her nephew, Doug (Helen) ; and her nieces, Danielle and Sarah. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Collis, and her brother, Charlie Brown.

A memorial service to celebrate Janet’s life will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, with visitation from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., followed by a service at 3:00 p.m. at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger, Kentucky (30 Commonwealth Avenue Erlanger, Kentucky 41018).
