Condolences

Dale L. Jaynes, 72, of Erlanger, KY, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, May 3, 2025.

Dale was a retired production manager at LSI Industries, where he dedicated over 20 years of service.

He was an avid fisherman and loved nothing more than riding his motorcycle with his beloved wife, Cheryl, along the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway. After retirement, they split their time between Kentucky and Florida, enjoying sunshine and friendship in both places. Dale especially loved attending his grandchildren’s sporting events.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Donn and Ella Jaynes.

Dale is survived by his loving wife of over 51 years, Cheryl Jaynes (nee Stanfield); children: Scott (Stacey) Unkraut, Maria (Chris) Polanco and Melissa (Brian) Davis; grandsons, Benjamin and Jacob Unkraut; brother: Donn (Susan) Jaynes and their daughter, Jennifer Jaynes; and sister, Christine Ross and her children, Bobbi Ross and Steven Schuster.

Total shock about Dale’s passing. We worked together at LSI, & met Dale & Cheryl for lunch in Florida several years ago. Our condolences to Cheryl and their familes. Praying for them, and hoping their fond memories of Dale will lessen their pain and huge loss. Rest in Peace, Dale.
