Sue Carol Ahr

Sue Ahr, of Oakbrook in Florence, Kentucky, died peacefully at home January 14, 2025 She was seventy-seven years old. Sue worked for over thirty years for the Internal Revenue Service, ascending to several positions before retiring as a facilities management supervisor forthe Louisville District of the IRS.

Mrs. Ahr is survived by three brothers, Richard Beach, Bobby Beach, and Eugene Beach, all of Carrolton, Kentucky.  Steven L. Ahr, Sue’s husband of many years, passed away December 3, 2023.

Funeral arrangements will be private.  Donations to honor Sue’s memory may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the Shriners Hospital.
