Condolences

Joseph Francis (Joe) Fugazzi born July 30, 1943 to Charles Joseph and Mary Francis (nee Roberts) Fugazzi, gained his angel wings on January 6, 2025. Joe married Verna (nee Vietor) on October 2, 1965 at St. Henry Church in Erlanger, Ky. Together they raised 5 children. Joe was preceded in death by his daughter Cathy Fugazzi, brother Charles A. Fugazzi, and sister Mary F. Weltzer. He leaves behind his wife of 59 years Verna, his children Joe (Julie) , Carolyn (Ron),  Amy, James (Susan), and his Sister Theresa Dwyer.

Grandchildren: Chelsey Mohring, Amanda Powell, Alex Mohring, Kayla Fugazzi, Will Fugazzi, Caity Fugazzi, Adam Berry, Abbey Fugazzi, Emily Fugazzi, and Mea Fugazzi,   He also leaves behind 12 great-grandchildren. Joe will be lovingly remembered for his kindness, generosity, and delicious meals lovingly served and shared with family and friends.  Visitation will be held Tuesday January 14, 2025 from 4pm to 6pm with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St Barbara Catholic Church in Erlanger, KY. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Verna and family-we were so saddened to hear about Joe. We’re so glad we were able to see him unfortunately at Mary Sue’s funeral. We are not able to attend his service because we’re in Florida. Our Thoughts, Love, and Prayers are with ALL of YOU🙏
