Marianne Helmle

Marianne Fleckinger-Helmle, 76, of Burlington, KY, passed away at her residence on Thursday, August 27, 2015 after her difficult battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lee Fleckinger. She is survived by her husband Bob Helmle of Burlington, KY. She is also survived by her daughter Janice Lubbers of Erlanger, and her son Bobby Orr Sr. of Florence. She is survived by her grandchildren: Brandon White (Kelly), Jessica Orr, Jennifer Cruickshank (Tom), Courtney Emery (Joe), Aaron Lubbers (Kristen), Andy Lubbers (Andrea), Bobby Orr Jr. (Emilee), and Josh Orr. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren. She is retired from the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health, a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Burlington, KY, a member of the Boone County Homemakers, a member of New Friends, a former member of Mary Queen of Heaven Church and a member of the Red Hat Society in Cape Coral, FL. In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested to the Mary Rose Mission, 272 Main Street, Florence, KY 41042, or St. Henry District High School, 3755 Scheben Drive, Erlanger, KY 41018. Visitation will be held at Linnemann Funeral Home, 1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY on Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Mass of Christian burial will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 10:00 A.M.
