Donald G. Rogers Jr., 60, passed away on November 16, 2023. Don was born on January 9, 1963 to the late Donald and. Elizabeth Rogers Sr. in Dayton, Kentucky. Throughout his life, Don was always a hard worker and a gentle giant. He enjoyed cooking and all animals, especially dogs. He also loved the joy that children would bring him and spending time with his family.
Don is survived by his sister: Donna Hicks, brother: Dean (Stephanie) Rogers and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 11am at Burlington Cemetery.

My big brother
I miss you, I hope you and mom are happy being side by side again. Please hug dad for me and save me a spot. Its so hard here without you but I am happy you are now pain free. Thank you for always being my big brother, I love you.

We were brothers above all else! When I woke up from heart surgery on Thanksgiving Day 1994 you and mom were the faces looking at me with love and concern, never forget that, always love you warrior thanks for everything!

Brother you fought the good fight with amazing grace and dignity, never complaining about your illness, you suffered greatly because you wanted to hold onto life, and looking back you finished a champion because of your courage! Love you brother, never forget you looking out and taking up for your little brother!!
