Bernadette “Bernie” M. Heringhaus
Bernadette “Bernie” Mary Heringhaus, 90, formerly of Covington, KY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Hospital Edgewood. Bernie was born in Covington, KY on January 9, 1933 and is a graduate of Holmes High School. She is a member of St. Boniface and James Church in Ludlow. Bernie enjoyed walks, gardening, and baking but above all she loved her family. She was preceded in death by her mother Mildred Baur and husband Edward Eugene Heringhaus. She is survived by her children Vicki Eaton (Ken) and Joe Heringhaus (Susan), grandchildren: Nick, Kristin, Jon, Ryan, Sarah, great grandchildren 13, and brother James Baur. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023 at St. Boniface and James Church, 304 Oak St., Ludlow, KY 41016 from 10am until 11am. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow the visitation and begin at 11am. Entombment will be at Mother of God Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.

Sorry for your loss
Can’t tell you how sad this makes us feel. Never met her or even seen a picture of her before, but she had to have been a wonderful lady, Mother, and Grandmother. My wife and I send our deepest sympathies.
