Louisa “Lou” Terry

Louisa “Lou” Terry (nee Arrowood), 91, of Hebron, KY, passed away on October 16, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, KY, surrounded by her family. Lou worked as a cashier for Alber’s Grocery and then SuperX Drug Store. She was a member of Florence Church of God, an avid gardener, cook, reader, and she enjoyed sewing, but most important to her was spending time with her family.

Lou was preceded in death by her parents, Sigel and Lalie Arrowood; her husband, Robert “Bob” Terry Jr., and her siblings, Sigel Arrowood, Jean Sprague, and William “Bill” Arrowood.

She is survived by her children, Robert “Larry” Terry, Carol (Dennis) Mitchell, and David (Jennifer) Terry; her siblings, George Arrowood and Norma Faye Arrowood; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Chris Highbrown) Mitchell, Jayme (James Medefind) Mitchell, Chris (Maria) Terry, Ayden Terry, and Kimberly Terry.

Lou also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Ella, Peyton, Rowan, Jordan, Mason, Madison, and Cameron.

Visitation for Lou will be on Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 11:00AM-1:00PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Burlington, KY. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 1:00PM at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Burlington Cemetery.
