Bob Strunk

Bob Strunk, 83, died April 15, 2016 at his residence in Union surrounded by his loving family. Bob was an incredible man who enjoyed flying as a commercial airline pilot for US Air-American Airlines, he also enjoyed spending time with friends and family, and riding his Military Harley because of his service as a 1st Military Policeman with the Army. He was a member of Hopeful Lutheran Church and the Elks Lodge. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Strunk and his sisters, Reba and Maxine Strunk. Survivors include his daughters: Rebecca Strunk-Mills and Susan Trumble; and his brother, Lee Strunk. He also leaves behind grandsons: Jamison Kyle and Trent Mills, and Wyatt Trumble along with many loving friends. Visitation will be on Wednesday April 20, 2016 from 4:00PM-7:00PM with a funeral service to follow at 7:00PM at the Linnemann Funeral Home, 1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, Kentucky. A reception will follow the service at the adjacent Linnemann Event Center. Burial will be at Richwood Presbyterian Cemetery.
