Bernice L Fussinger

Bernice L. “Bernie” Fussinger (nee Frietch) age 84, died April 6, 2016 at Baptist Convalescent Center in Newport. She was a retired reservationist for American Airlines and a homemaker. Her husband, Donald C. Fussinger, preceded her in death as did her sister, Mary Ann Ashcraft. Survivors include her 2 sons Dr. Douglas Fussinger of Hebron and Gregory Fussinger of Villa Hills, and her daughter Debra Cox of Burlington; 2 brothers William and Stanley Frietch, and a sister Margie Zimmerman. Bernice was grandma to 8 grandchildren and great grandma of 1. A Memorial Gathering will be held Saturday April 16th, 10am-12noon, at Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, Erlanger. A Memorial Mass will immediately follow. The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to Baptist Convalescent Center, 120 Main St., Newport, KY 41071.
