Janice Hall

Janice Hall, (nee Barr), 58, passed away surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at her residence in Burlington. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, and friend. Janice will be dearly missed. Preceded in death by her father Joseph Barr. Survivors include her husband Stephen Hall, her sons, Gavin and Richie, Mother Isobel Barr, and sister Alison (Stewart) Finlayson and other family members. Janice was born and brought up in Neilston, Scotland. She worked for the English Sewing Thread Co. for 15 years in the accounting department, where she met and later married Stephen. The family moved to Marion, NC in 1999 for Stephen’s new job, later they moved to Burlington, where she touched many hearts too. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
