Wanda Cross

Wanda Lee Cross, 78, of Erlanger, KY, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2021.  Wanda was born in Newport, KY to the late Everett and Effie (Toler) Powell.  During her life, Wanda was a homemaker to her family and worked several jobs.  The last being a customer service agent for Comair.  Wanda was a devout Christian and enjoyed the simple life.  She enjoyed long drives, spending time in Gatlinburg, TN, and snacking.  She is survived by her daughter Melody Rose (Ron), son Kevin Dixon, grandchildren: April Baker (DJ), Alissa Rose, Tori Dixon, and Tara Dixon, sister Christina Sizemore, niece Brenda Powell, niece Bonita Morris, and nephew Ronny Powell.  A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 11:00am at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Erlanger, KY.  Memorial contributions can be sent to Children’s Hospital 3333 Burnet Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45229-3026.
