Frances Foltz, 89, of Clearwater, FL went home to the Lord on August 20, 2021. She was born Lucille Frances Rump on October 11, 1931 in Ryland Heights, KY to the late William and Mary Rump. In her younger years, Frances served her community as a dispatcher for the Southern Hills Fire Department. She also owned and operated a grocery store on Dudley Road with her late husband. Frances was a loving and caring woman, and she worked hard to provide for her family. She spent the latter half of her life in Clearwater, FL where she enjoyed entertaining and enjoying the sunshine. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary Rump, her husband, Carl “Jumbo” Foltz, her children: Margaret Dailey, Mary Frances Fugate, Rose Ann Redman and Lawrence Foltz. Frances is survived by her loving daughters: Gayle (Danny) Scalf, Karen Ross, and Christine (Tim) Kaelin, her loving sons: Carl Foltz, Tony Foltz, and Steven (Gail) Foltz, her 28 beloved grandchildren, her 30 cherished great-grandchildren, and her dear sister, Alma Deatherage. A memorial visitation will be held for Frances on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 from 5pm until 6pm at St. Pius X Church, 348 Dudley Road, Edgewood, KY 41017. Immediately following the visitation, a Memorial Mass will be held at 6pm at the Church. Frances will be laid to rest on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 10:00am at St. Mary Cemetery in Fort Mitchell, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice at 1 Medical Village Drive, Edgewood, KY 41017.

We were blessed to know her. We will continue to be blessed by her life through her children, grandchildren. and great grandchildren. God blessed us with her life and Family. I am Thankful to God.

I am so sorry for ms filth loss she was a really sweet person. She was so full of life and I loved the twinkle in her eye. She will be missed
