Gayle Andrew Ensminger

Gayle Andrew Ensminger, 69, of Burlington, KY, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, in Edgewood, KY.  Gayle was born in Covington, KY on November 10, 1951 to the late David and Loretta Ensminger.  During his life, Gayle proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and then worked as an Industrial Electrician and served as the Union President.  In addition to his parents, Gayle was preceded in death by his sister Joletta Ensminger, Laverne Ramsey, brother Raymond Powell Ensminger, and most recently his daughter Shawntel Lyn Ensminger.  He is survived by his wife Jan Ensminger, daughter Robin Ferguson (Greg), son Jess Andrew Ensminger, grandchildren: Courtney Ferguson (Nick), Mackenzie Ferguson, Greg L. Ferguson, and Brynn Ensminger, brother Daniel Ensminger, brother Clarence Ensminger (Joan), sister Eileen Thacker, and brother Frank Ensminger (Elaine).  Services will be held privately by the family.  Interment will be at Kentucky Veteran’s Cemetery North.  Memorial contributions can be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses or to the American Cancer Society.  Online condolences can be made at www.Linnemannfuneralhomes.com
