Avery Michael Shrader

Avery Michael Shrader, 19, of Florence, KY passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 at University Hospital. He was born June 5, 2001 in Florence, KY. He grew up in the Florence area, and attended Boone County High School and was a member of the 2019 graduating class. He was a kind and loving young man; he had a heart of gold, and was loyal to a fault. He loved to laugh and make others laugh. Avery also liked to help others, and enjoyed mentoring younger kids, and even in death Avery helped others by donating his organs to Cincinnati Life Center to help someone in need. Avery also loved his family, they were always his number one priority, and he would always be there when they were in need. He was preceded in death by his childhood best friend: Jack Hearn, and his maternal grandfather: Donald Backer. Avery is survived by his loving family: his father: Ali (Christina) Shrader, his mother: Barbara (Russell) Clabough, his sister: Ariel Shrader, stepsister: Keegan Facemire, paternal grandparents: Tim and Patricia Shrader, maternal grandmother: Beverly Backer, his aunts and uncles: Kristi Backer-Jones, Donald Taylor Backer Jr., Debbie Addington, and Clint Jones, cousins: Samantha Addington, Derek Addington, Presley Jones, and McCoy Jones, and several other loving relatives and friends. A visitation will be held for Avery on Saturday, February 13, 2021 from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Linnemann Funeral Home, 1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY 41005. A funeral service will be held following the visitation at 3:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
