Joseph William Sucietto
Joseph William Sucietto, 64, of Perry Park, KY, passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY. Joseph was born in Cincinnati, OH on December 24, 1955 to John Sucietto and Gloria Thomas. Joseph was a graduate of Conner High School in Hebron, KY and proudly served his country in the US Navy. Joseph had a passion for music and played the guitar, bass, and sang. He had a reputation of being able to fix anything and during his life owned his own painting company, was HVAC certified, and was a maintenance supervisor for Waffle House and 3 apartment complexes. Joseph was preceded in death by his father John Sucietto and brother Steven Sucietto. He is survived by his mother Gloria Thomas, daughter Erica Searp, common law wife Gina Bowman, sister Kim Callen, sister Rachel Byrne (Terry), grandchildren Maycee, Nathan, Nickolas, and Nolan Searp, second father to Thomas Bowman and Bryce Blasingame, papaw to Xavion, LaShay, and Layla, nephew Nicholas Baker, niece Mckenzie Williams (Logan), niece Amy Courtney, niece Beth McGue, and nephew Phillip Courtney. Visitation and Services will be held privately by the family. My Perry Park Son
Joe has been a part of our family for 21 years after Gina brought him to us. Our hearts are broken but knowing that Joe’s pain and suffering is over brings us some solace. Joe was always there to help us as well as many other friends at Perry Park. I will miss sitting next to him watching various games and listening to his comments mostly very colorful. I will miss the calls during the games. Joe also was happiest preparing meals and grace was said before any meal. There are no words to ease our pain. Rest In Peace until our paths cross again. Love you Joe. You will always be in our hearts. “Nanner-Nanner”.

We will miss you Joey. Our hearts our so heavy and long for you. Your super human personality was one of a kind. You were a friend to so many. You could definitely light up a room or really any space your were in. I will miss your guitar playing and sweet voice as I know so many people will. The way you loved God and our Mother was so beautiful.

We had the honor of meeting Joe almost 13 years ago and he played a huge part in our lives from that moment on. Joe was a Godly man that would do anything for anyone. He was always the life of the party and kept everyone on their feet dancing. I still can’t believe we have all lost him. Corki and Shorty (short stop) will miss their daily nack nacks from Uncle Joe. Me Peggy and my husband Tom met at joes house and soon after we got married joe played a big part in our lives and we are very saddened by his death.
