James E. “Pete” Yaegel
James E. “Pete” Yaegel, 81, of Florence, KY, died on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Care in Edgewood. Pete enjoyed horse racing, spending quality time with his good friends, and he cared for his late wife, Alice, and his brother-in-law and best friend, Richard. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Robert Yaegel. Pete is survived by his children, Jerry (Vicky) Yaegel), Pam (Dan) Francis, Billy (Peggy) Yaegel, Angie (Stacy) Yaegel, Cy (Johnnie) Yaegel, and John Yaegel. He also leaves behind his 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and his former wife, Mary Yaegel. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 5:00PM-8:00PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger, KY. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 10:00AM at St. Paul Church in Florence, KY.
