Robert Joseph Mengelkamp
Robert Joseph Mengelkamp, 79, of Florence, KY, passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2018, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare Edgewood. During his life, Bob worked as an Insurance Adjuster for several companies. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Kathleen Mengelkamp(nee Hazell), daughter Jennifer Walker (Robert), grandchildren Abigail, Hannah, and Hayleigh Walker, daughter-in-law Sara, siblings: Mary Juniet, Marge Nead, Thomas Mengelkamp (Carol), and John Mengelkamp (Gaye Ann), and sister-in-law Gail Mengelkamp. Bob was preceded in death by his son Jeffrey Robert Mengelkamp, parents Paul and Helen Mengelkamp, and siblings Paul Mengelkamp, Jean Niehaus, and Jim Mengelkamp. A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 4pm until 6pm at St. Timothy Church, in Union, KY. Mass of Christian Burial will follow the visitation and begin at 6pm. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to Greater Cincinnati Epilepsy Foundation, 895 Central Ave. #550, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
