David E. Tappan
David Eugene Tappan, 76, of Hebron, KY, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 4, 2018 at his home. Dave worked as an accountant for Clark Equipment until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents, Manley and Caroline Tappan; and his sister, Ruth Parker. Dave leaves behind his loving wife of 55 years, Louise Locke Tappan of Hebron, KY; his son, Adam (Paula) Tappan of Lexington, KY; and his daughter, Amber L. Tappan of North Little Rock, AR. He also leaves behind his siblings, Frank (Barb) Tappan and Carol Sue Ramos. A graveside service will take place on Tuesday 12, 2018 at 2:00PM at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY.
