Cindy Strong
Cynthia “Cindy” Carol Strong, 69, of Elsmere, died Wednesday May 23, 2018 at University Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Cindy enjoyed crafting, sewing, reading, traveling and most importantly, spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Bess Martin; and her son-in-law, Mark Barnes. Cindy is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Darryl Strong; and her daughters, Sandy Barnes and Leslie Siemer. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Gregory, and Samantha; and her great-grandchildren, Deon, Angel, Lincoln, and Lyla. A memorial visitation will be on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from 12:00PM-2:00PM at Linnemann Funeral Homes in Erlanger. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 2:00PM at the funeral home. This breaks my heart.
This breaks my heart that you had to lose her so suddenly.
I’ve known Mrs Strong almost my entire life, because Leslie has been one of my best friends since we were five and met in kindergarten. She taught me how to play piano (well until it got too complicated for me). And she always made me feel welcome like one of the family.
I promise I will be there for Leslie, and help her however I can.
