LeOra Sue Vandergriff

LeOra Sue Vandergriff, 75, entered eternal life on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY. She influenced and formed many minds and hearts through her 27-year vocation as an elementary school teacher. LeOra was a member of the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association, an active member of Burlington Baptist Church, and the Solid Rockers Senior Choir. She will be dearly missed by her loving husband of 53 years, Clay Vandergriff of Burlington, KY; son Jim Vandergriff of Burlington, KY; daughter Vanessa Vandergriff of Burlington, KY; her sister Anetha (Gene) King of Burlington, KY; as well a nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Burlington Baptist Church with Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 PM. Interment will be held at Burlington Cemetery.
